I love this! first of all, the scent is amazing, but not overpowering, and kind of lingers in the hair a bit after washing. Second of all, the shampoo was very silky and thin, and you don’t need a lot. It lathers very well and leaves the hair feeling clean, but not brittle or dried out. Third of all, THE CONDTIONER WAS BOMB. You don’t need a lot at all, and makes the hair feel soooo soft, and easy to detangle while in the shower. And usually even detangling with conditioner is hard, and my hair is frizzy when scrunching the condtioner in, but this one didn’t have any of those. I have thick ish bleached & dyed wavy hair

Shea Moisture was recommended to me by a friend. I have highlights in my hair so I was hesitant to try it as opposed to purple shampoo. In trying it I’ve had ZERO complaints. After the 1st wash my hair felt immediately more moisturized and healthy and by the second wash I barely use any other product in my hair. I rated it 5 stars other than scent. I only wish they have more scent options for the same soap.

I been trying to find something to strengthen and help my hair to grow reading about rice water but I saw this product I'm not using it because I color my hair i'm trying it because 1)I use a lot of shea moisture products and this one because its purple rice water with other ingredients and I need the strengthening and moisture to see if it will help grow my hair so this is something I just have to see if I will see any results none yet but I like how my hair is managing with the shampoo and conditioner

It is pricey, but because I shampoo/condition once every 5 days or so, the set lasted me approximately 6 months.I am not sure if it helps my color, but it was recommended, and I have been using the product about 7 months. I just received my 2nd set in the mail.

My hair type is around a 3b/4a. I recently just decided to color my hair so I like that it’s for color treated hair. The smell is amazing even after a couple days and it lathers my hair really good. It’s a very good detangler as well. Another thing that attracted me to this shampoo was the purple rice water and the pretty packaging. I love the color purple! I would definitely recommend this product and would purchase it again!
