3M 17206 Command Large Picture Hanging Strips, 16 lb, 48 Strips

Always love these. Ordering extra's all the time. Have used for my picture frames, but also are good for some of their wall hooks. These work (if you take them off the wall the right way (as it says on the back) you actually will leave NO mark). Easy to apply, you know if it's worked by the snap/clicking that the pieces make when they meet each other. Very reliable. I have had some heavy-ish frames up for about 6 months and they've all stayed on my wall. I recommend putting the tape as near to the edge of the outside of the frame as you can, it just makes it easier to match up when you do the final step of attaching the frame to the strips on the wall. Otherwise you have to peek behind (which I can't do) to make sure they are lined up. It's also best if your frame does not have any extra screws, hanging parts on the back. You will want it to be flush (flat/smooth) against the wall, or the strips will not meet and stick. Just an FYI.

Usually they work well, but I did just have a 36”x24”picture frame fall off the wall shortly after hanging it. I used four hanging strips on it, but the sticky part did not hold to the wall. The frame shattered.

Don't stay in place. Broke several pieces of art when they fell off the wall.

Great product. Have hung 2 pictures that weighed about 8 lbs each.

These strips are strong and easy to use.

Just hung a 4” x 23” shelf and used 8 strips that say they can hold 16 lbs each. I set 3 small porcelain pieces worth $250-$500 EACH on the shelf.They all crashed to the floor within 5 minutes.Never. Again.I’m so, so upset. These are irreplaceable pieces.
