It really works!
Let me start by saying EVERY Amazon purchase I make is based off of reviews. This product fits in the palm of my hand and it really works! There are 4 pieces to "operate" on. Those pieces have a small plastic "string" that allows your to remove them but no lose them! There is tweezer storage built-in. The Game Board can remain open or you can flip/close the cover to display the Operation cover. The packaging was easy to remove. Comes with batteries. I am pleased with my purchase!

Miniature Operations have no magnetic.
I love miniature stuff. My dad told me that a miniature has a small magnet that won't hurt me. I looked up this and saw a detail. It doesn't say anything about being magnetic on it except one for big game, of course. That's why I have an ICD for my safety. Whew! I'm glad I bought it.
