NHS recommendation.
Can’t go wrong with these as this is the brand NHS prescribe. Easy to take in water each day. Taste is absolutely fine. These are perfect if you aren’t absorbing nutrients from your food. Quite expensive but saves buying lots of different vitamins.

Rush of energy
Recommend by hospital and I felt a rush of energy for few hours after drinking it. The taste a bit bitter but needs getting use to.

These are really good but I found didn’t dissolve well

Makes me nauseous
The vitamin contents are excellent, but the effervescent tablets make a drink that makes me nauseous every morning until I sandwich the drink between bites of a hearty breakfast. The drink is also very sugary tasting. And there seems to be a residue of chalklike substance at the bottom of the cup after I drink it.
