The quality is good. They give me only one blue strap for grip however the wood quality is such a person can easily get proper grip

I've really enjoyed using these gymnastics rings. This is the first time I've ever tried ring workouts and these are quite challenging and will give you great results.Pros - I like how the clamp works, easy to use.Cons - not really a con, but make sure to slide the clamp higher or farther away from the rings, so you don't end up damaging the wooden rings with clamp marks.

Anti Slip blue tape was absent. It was really disappointing after spending this much amount.

Since I already have a pull up bar, this was a must have for my home-gym setup.Pros:- Numbering to make it easier to adjust to different excersize.- Good quality straps and buckle.- The straps are of good length.
