I'm unclear about the dimensions-- does the two yard package unfold to 3 feet by 6 feet? or is it maybe 2 separate pieces each 3x3 feet?

100 GRADE IS THE BEST BUT 90 GRADE WILL DO.

how do you wash this product?

You can rinse by hand after use the wash it in the washer machine. We had even wash it on the dish washer right after using it.
