Nice looking washing machine, easy to use, fairly quiet.Steam function is good and self cleaning.Allows you to select your water type, hard or soft.Very happy so far

Works like a dream and so quietly.The spin is almost as if it's dried and ready to wear.Really big drum and the wifi features, even I was amazed.Definitely value for money..

Cloths washingAs an elderly person I couldn’t understand the Wi-Fi program so that side would is left to the more tech savy . The machine itself is fine

This is the best washing machine I’ve had. It’s quiet and really easy to use. It also has the option to use the app so you can check/start the cycle via your phone/device. However, you can also set it manually if you choose not to use the app.

Bought this to replace an old 8kg machine that had seen better days. The additional 2kg (10kg) capacity is just the right balance to ensure maximum efficiency by ensuring full loads most of the time and also capable of the odd double duvet wash. The first thing I noticed though was how silent the wash is and even a 1600 spin whilst audible was not obtrusive.Some, have found the HoN app difficult, however simply following instructions, I found it simple to get up and running (and of course you don't have to use the app at all). So far I only have 1 issue with the app that for most probably wont be relevant. Only one account can be associated with a device (in this case w/machine) Having a couple of lodgers for them to get the benefits of the app we all ended up sharing a single login. - not a deal breaker by any means. What the app does give you is 63 programmes (each of which can be modified) There is even a setting for your wet suits, and two dedicated to face masks!There are tons of features many I will probably never use along with several that I will simply not be particularly aware of but benefit all the same, such as it weighing the load and adjusting the water and cycle time to maximise efficiency.One of the best features I love is the notification that the cycle is done as well as the ability to check using your smart phone how much time is remaining. Perhaps on a more mundane but even more beneficial are a number of cycles that enable mixed loads with no fear of ending up with a homogenius load of grey-pink clothing because I forgot or more likely couldn't be bothered so separate out coloureds, darks and whites etc.With so many features (particularly when tied in with the app) washing day has become quite exciting - Ok yes I am perhaps the stereotypical male - loving the gadgets, but even my female lodger loves the new machine. Now I just need to get my self a wet suit so I can try that cycle out

****01/12 update. REvisde to 1 star rating because of service. I have arranged to return this machine. I could not get the touch settings to work and I could not get this connected to the internet. The instruction booklet is totally unhelpful and there is nothing online that I could find to help. Most of all I could not get through to Hoover. I tried on numerous occasions to call them, but was left for well over an hour in a queue before I gave up..... I have a life. I have no idea if I was doing something wrong or if the machine is/was faulty. I decided today to hang on he phone for however long it took. 1 Hour 6 mins and 24 secs to be precise(less than previous calls). They were advised there and then that their service was not acceptable and the machine was being returned.Amazon were fabulous. They have arranged to pick the 'faulty' machine tomorrow and arranged an instant refund. I have purchased a new one..... not Hoover, which will be delivered on Saturday. **** I paid for fitting, not because I couldn't do it myself, but because I thought it would be easier. 2 guys come in fit machine take old one away. However, the drainage hose was woefully short and it could not be fitted. For some crazy reason Hoover think that every machine is right next to the outlet pipes. I had to go and buy an extension hose and fit it myself. To be fair it was not difficult.I cannot get the wifi to work as Bluetooth will not connect. I need the washing machine nearer my router...... not going to happen. I now need to purchase a wifi booster. More expense, but without it connecting, I cannot get advantage of a fully programmable machine.The machine itself is very compact and looks good. Its a bit noisier, on the spin cycle, than I expected, but that's not a big issue for me. The instructions are something else and are not written in any logical fashion. There are a few things I just don't understand but with a bit common sense I've worked it out and it's fairly simple to operate. It seems to wash the clothes well enough so I have no issues with the function of the machine. I actually think that is pretty good.... so far.So in summary if you want a fully WIFI controllable washing machine make sure your WIFI signal is top of the range, or install machine beside the router. If your machine is like mine and has a dishwasher between it and the outlet pipes, get an extension drainage hose in advance of the machine being delivered.Lastly be prepared for Hoover to badger you to take out their £5.32 per month extra cover. I got a call within an hour of me registering my machine. However they do not return the favour by answering their phones if you have a problem.... usual you are in a queue routine...... :(EDIT - My wifi works on 5ghz band. The APP to use wifi on the machine works only on 2.4 ghz band. The HON app has absolutely no support function that I can find. So, beware, check your wifi bandwidth if you want the app to work and be prepared to change it if necessary.

Once the machine had been delivered (we had a slight issue with the speed and accuracy of this), it was easy to install and very easy to use.

The media could not be loaded.  After reading the reviews on Amazon I was very nervous about purchasing this washing machine because of the noise level and the complexity it had. However I still decided to gamble and take a risk of purchasing in Amazon Prime sale. I managed to pick this bargain for £450 The machine works perfectly smooth. The Noise level is loud as any other machines if anything I would say it’s less louder. There are Lots of programs to choose from. The only negative thing I found was that none of the timers are exactly precise for example 14 minutes time takes 22 minutes 30 minutes time takes 39 minutes 44 minutes time takes one hour but it meets all the expectation of a large washing machine for large families. The other positive thing about this washing machine is the Spin cycle can be adjusted temperature can be adjusted. The Wi-Fi feature is also good however you need to make sure that you have Wi-Fi which reachability to your washing machine in order to be connected. I have also tested this feature and it is a good convenient to have.I would strongly recommend this washing machine without any hesitation. This is a brilliant purchase from Amazon.
