Not tryed it with a smoothie but I would guess it will be good

I would imagine so. It has a straw though, so it might get smelly as it would be difficult to clean? It keeps cold drinks cold. My hubby has the same bottle but just the spout, no straw, so that might be better. You could pour directly from it - you couldn’t pour straight out from this one if using the milk for tea.
