The quality seems good they are an odd thing to use but I have been told they are effective for relieving joint pain in the hands

One of the big rings snapped
Took off one star for that. Although to be fair, I was playing with it *A LOT*, since I was fidgeting with it constantly. Not sure if it was fair to expect it to last that long. Otherwise what else can you say about these simple trinkets? They do their job of constant stimulation for ADHD if that's why you got them you will be satisfied.

Sensory
I got this more for sensory than anything. The pokey helps me focus. I lose them around the house like hairbands though.

Nice product but breaks constantly
I really enjoy these except for the fact they separate constantly and you have to connect them into a circle again only for it to come apart a few minutes later- would love to see a less frustrating version!
