How much worse is the reception after installing?

I have had this antenna installed on my 2012 F150, reception is terrible. looks nice but no radio reception

Will this fit a 2015 F350?

I'm not sure. Fits my '15 F150. If your F350 has the bigger thread than it should fit. Reception is great for local radio but not if you're trying to pick up a distant station. Bought for looks as I listen to satellite radio.

My dash has the outside temp. reader on it and I believe that the censer is on the stock antenna if it is will the censer still work?
