I honestly feel more energized after I take this. I’m anemic so I need the iron but I also take this because it has all of the health benefits I need combined into one product. I like the new lid cap it makes it easier to get the lid off and on. I had a nurse practitioner friend recommend this product to me so I know it’s good quality based on her recommendation and the positive affect it has for me. I also feel I benefit from a decreased appetite. Taste wise it’s not bad at all. I feel it works quickly. Because of the iron and other vitamins combined I feel it’s a good value for the money.

I have had low iron my whole life but do not consistently take iron supplement due to upsetting my stomach, even when my iron is low and I take pills it takes so long to feel better or to bring my levels up, but I tried this and my levels were up in three days and I felt better almost immediately. I don’t take this every day but I take it three times a week and my iron levels have been perfect for three years now. I definitely recommend this product.

I hate the smell and taste of Iron supplements and liquids but this stuff works well. Yes, it tastes bad, but at least I am seeing benefits! I’ve just started using it the last couple days and I notice I feel a lot better. I was taking the slow-release pill form before but not seeing much of a difference with that. With this liquid form I’m seeing more of a difference! I just have to make sure I have some food in my stomach because it makes my tummy feel funny without.

During my pregnancy I needed an iron supplement. I tried the two types of iron and neither did anything but cause constipation. I wet to the health food store and found Floravital. It worked after one bottle. Now that I am older and don't eat slot of red meat I need it occasionally. I use the cap to fill to the line and drink that down then fill the cap with orange juice and drink that down as a chaser not because it tastes awful because it actually tastes good but the vitamin c from the on helps with absorption.

This is a very high quality iron supplement. I could feel the difference within 24 hours.I’m currently pregnant and was told that I am slightly anemic and that it would be best to take some iron. Regular pill-like vitamins always cause me constipation (and no, the MiraLax does not help it either), so I figured I should probably use this product since I remember it from my childhood and came recommended from my mom.It tastes good, which is a plus. But I could feel my body being able to sustain energy better when I took it 30 minutes before a meal (2x a day).I have one itty bitty request, however. Guys, can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE upgrade the spout on this bottle? The spillage is expensive. There’s nothing to keep it from running down the sides of the bottle and I have to pour quickly in order to keep that from happening - yet I still end up having to wipe the bottle either way. Please, for a $30 product, we don’t waste any of it.

I'm 67 yrs old. Had anemia in the past. It helped me with my energy level, & iron deficiency. Not the best tasting, tolerable; need to wash down with water right afterwards. Regardless the herbal mix with B complex vitamins & iron is the best choice for me for over two years.
