I love this kit. Very cute and functional. I read many reviews saying the silicone gourd was too small, but I don't think so. It is a good size. Maybe people use it differently, but the way I drink mate is such that I carry a bottle of water and keep adding water as the level goes down. So the size is enough for the mate leaves and some water.Also, many reviews said it was "flabby". I was expecting not to be able to use it - I still bought the kit because it would still be a good value for the straws, spoon, and cleaners. But no, I use it a lot. I use it more now than I do my previous gourd.

The babillos that come as an extra set are nice as are the straw cleaners, but the silicone gourd is way too small to be useful at all. Plus it is very light and soft (as in crushes in your hand soft), so it spills constantly. You can't make a decent gourd of mate in it.
