NatruDAO is amazing! I've been feeling so tired and I have two other autoimmune conditions that I couldn't seem to get under control no matter what I did with diet, exercise, medications, supplements. Someone suggested that I may have a histamine intolerance so I read up on it and realized I have all the symptoms so I went looking for a DAO Supplement and although this product only had 56 reviews at the time I purchased it, every review had 5-stars. I read through the reviews since I'm skeptical when something has an abundance of 5-stars reviews but they all seemed to be from real people, so I ordered this product two weeks ago.It comes in a box of 60 tablets and you take one tablet 5 minutes before you have a meal, so you will probably use 2-4 a day depending on your eating habits. Some people have said they break the tablets in half so they get more value for their money. I haven't tried that yet.While this product may seem a bit on the pricey side, it is WELL worth the money. I noticed a huge difference the first day I took it. I started feeling less fatigued and had more motivation within the first 24 hours. After two weeks, I've noticed I'm not as bloated. I sleep better. My skin isn't as dry. My joints have been hurting less. My bowel function is almost back to normal. I brain feels less dizzy and my memory function that was starting to wane is improved. I've gotten more done around the house in the past two weeks than I have in the past four months because I haven't worked all day and then just felt like I needed a nap or that I was in too much pain to do anything. My spouse has commented that I have been in a much better mood and much less irritable.I haven't tried any other DAO supplements, so I don't know if any are comparable, but after using this product with such stellar results, I don't think I would change products unless another one had effects that were just as good but at a lower price.They also suggest eating a low histamine diet for additional support. I haven't gotten that far yet and have been eating regular foods, some high in histamine. I do plan to try low histamine foods as a means to feel even better, but this product seems to work well even when you're eating high histamine foods. Some high histamine foods I've eaten in the past two weeks while using this product include tomato sauce, shrimp, chocolate, egg whites, green peppers, pizza, cake made with wheat flour, ham, sausage, several oranges and orange juice.I know that my review makes this seem like a "miracle supplement" but if you have histamine intolerance, it really is.Now that I have my histamine in check for now, I'll see if the half tablets work and report back after I've had time to fully assess.

I knew I have food sensitivities but I was completely unaware of my histamine toxicity until I decided to try NaturDAO. Despite attempting various allergy medications, including an epipen, none of them provided any relief for my breathing difficulties, throat and sinus swelling, bloating, or the tingling and numbing sensations in my head, arms, and fingers. Around a week ago, I purchased NaturDAO and began taking one pill at least five minutes before each meal. However, I didn't notice any improvement as I continued to experience the same symptoms after eating. Earlier this evening, while enduring these symptoms, I conducted some research and discovered that the recommended daily dosage of DAO is 4.2 mg to be taken before meals, two or three times a day. Additionally, I had to search for the conversion rate between HDU and mg, which revealed that one million HDU is equivalent to one mg. Consequently, due to the severity of my symptoms, I decided to increase the dosage and took four tablets instead of the usual one. Approximately 30 minutes later, I began to feel some relief as the tightness in my throat decreased and the tingling and numbing sensations in my body disappeared. I later learned that 10,000 HDU is equivalent to 4.2 mg or one tablet of NaturDAO. Although I took the four pills without this knowledge, I haven't experienced any adverse reactions even after four hours. It's important to note that I have no medical expertise and I am not advocating for others to follow my actions. My intention is simply to share my experience that taking four pills provided some relief for my symptoms, resulting in an improvement of approximately 50% in my breathing. This was my first time attempting four pills of NaturDAO, and it was also the first time I experienced some relief from the symptoms. While the symptoms, particularly the breathing difficulties and bloating, haven't completely disappeared, I am grateful for the improvement in my condition. I will continue to monitor and update you on the progress. I remain hopeful and prayerful that incorporating NaturDAO into my daily routine, once I determine the correct dosage for myself, will bring some normalcy back into my life.

Works amazing! Definitely only need the 3 pills a day, to which I was doing 6 plus of another brand in order for it to help most effectively. Best value compared to all brands I could find. Made from peas not porcine.
