Best and quietest I’ve ever had
This fan is fantastic. I have it on its lowest setting (which is so quiet I can’t hear it) and it is enough to get me to sleep and keep me comfortable all night. Sturdy and with a great remote that works well it’s definitely worth it. Love it!

Expensive But You Get What You Pay For
I bought this for one reason only and that is to use it in my bedroom. The price was more expensive than the ones I bought for my bedroom and living room last year and although the fans were first class and they still are, it did light up like a Christmas tree. Putting a cloth over the display did block the light out but it also made the remote control useless. This one is also first class. The display goes dim or you can switch it off in night mode. Unfortunately, some manufacturers seem to forget people purchase fans to use in the bedroom as well as everywhere else and don't want their bedroom to light up. I had it on number 6 and there was no noise and a really nice breeze. Running costs are between 2 to 22 watts depending on the settings, it makes this a very cheap fan to run. That is around 45 hours to 500 hours per unit depending on what setting the fan is on. Considering most cheap fans I have used in the past have run at 50 to 65 watts, that is a really good saving as the cheap fans tend to be high energy users. The design of the blade is quite different but it does appear to be very effective considering it is only 12inches and not 16. I personally don't think it needs 26 speeds as my other ones are 12 speed and they are also 12in and I find that is more than enough. The problem is, if you go from 12 to 13 or from one number to the next, you are probably not going to feel any difference. Overall, I personally wouldn't purchase one for my living room because it is a little bit lower. The ones I purchased last year including my now spare one are more than suitable for the living room plus the display is not a problem and are also cheap to run. For the bedroom, yes these are high enough, very quiet with a nice breeze and the display turned off with cheap running costs make them perfect for the bedroom. Would I purchase this again? Yes I would.

Fantastic
Fantastic fan - pardon the pun!Has 24 settings and can go up, down and around. So so quiet which is a dream! Effective at the height of summer. Have recommended to family have have purchased 2 myself now.Comes in different colours.Handy little remote and they control both fans so if one gets lost, there’s always another.Well made and sturdy. Can move the fan up or down so ideal for sides or for the whole room.

Great fan, not as quiet as expected.
Bought this fan as my trusty old standard pedestal fan of 7yrs finally gave up the ghost. This one appealed to me due to being listed as ‘whisper quiet’ and I liked the look of it plus the remote was handy.I have this fan in my bedroom and have it on all night. It isn’t as loud as my old standard one but it isn’t quiet either. It doesn’t affect me getting to or staying asleep though so it’s not that bad.Size is a lot smaller than I had expected also, that is my fault though as it does state it’s 14’ not the standard 16’ but as it is used next to my bed it’s perfect. It is easy to assemble, has a handle at the back sobis portable. Has decent power to it. The upwards tilt aswell as oscilate function makes it very versatile.Overall, I would recommend this fan.

Top rated and worth the money
I got this model as it was the top rated fan at 'Which? ' and I'm really glad I did.Its quiet, yes you can still hear it but even on high settings, it's a really subtle fan noise. The night setting is really good. Not heavy to move around and the remote is a handy feature.Easy to assemble.

Really excellent, 100% worth the price
Bought this 3 years ago and so glad I did - love the height adjustment and auto swinging up and down. The quiet mode is also very good if you want it on while you sleep

love love love this fan!
have never been one to spend much on fans as i feel like how much better can a pricey one really be. my mum got a dyson and i don’t rate it at all. this is an absolute delight. it’s unbelievably quiet, i didn’t realise how much of a difference that would make. the remote is great, really useful for when it’s on and off at night. has some other fancy settings like making it feel like a natural breeze going in and out that i don’t use too often but a nice touch. the settings also go up in 1’s to a very high number so you have full control on exactly how cool you want it
