What an amazing beautiful book! Wow!
This is one of the best cooking books I’ve ever bought and I own some 70 of them (between the classics and some of the Michelin restaurant ones).The book is extremely well written. The author is very scientific in her approach and uses weight measurements for everything. She gives great instructions and pays attention to not omit any critical details. She explains why things are done a certain way (ex why you should cold start a broth).The photography is amazing and there are plenty of beautiful picture in the book. They will get you feeling adventurous enough to try some of the more involved recipes.The only feedback I have is on the ingredient names. In the recipes the author refers to ingredients with their brand/regional names which makes it hard to recognize what she is referring to if you are not familiar with the cuisine. Ex: doubajiang vs sichuan chili bean paste or prik bon vs roasted chili powder. I keep having to go back to the getting started section and trying to remember what those are. Things are hard to find in this section because for example you can’t look up what prik bon is. You have to find the roasted chili powder section and then read that to realize that prik bon = chilli powder. So you have to read each paragraph every time you want to refresh yourself on the ingredients.

The best broth that I've ever made
Despite being intimidated at the thought of cooking with chicken feet, I bit the bullet today and made chicken broth using the recipe in this book. It came out incredible! Thank you Pippa for helping me move out of my comfort zone and expand my culinary horizons.

So many exciting and innovative recipes
The most beautiful book, with so much variation. Lots more vegetarian recipes, different dumpling recipes which will make you drool and more Thai influenced recipes than her previous book. Her previous book was amazing and the recipes worked perfectly.I am yet to try out the recipes but I am particularly excited to try the curry chicken coconut noodles, jalapeño beef Dan Dan dumplings and miso chocolate fondant.

Love this book!
So many amazing recipes, if you don’t follow Pippa Middlehurst on IG @pippaeats well then it’s time. Her knowledge is great and her recommendations always a hit. And this book kind of brings it all together. So happy to support her and try all these amazing recipes at home. Lovely pictures too 😍

Stunning Recipes
I was recommended this book by a friend and so happy with the purchase. The recipe book is really thorough and detailed and teaches you how to make noodles and dumplings too. Plenty of new recipes to explore and have fun with.

Awesome cooking book
already cooked six meals from this booklet and they have all been fantastically tasty, brilliant service book got delivered on time around the busiest time of the, Christmas.
