Used for an office
I buy a couple of bags every few months to have as a treat for clients when they come into our office. Usually a pretty big hit. Just too many of the crappy, hard now and later's. No one seems to eat those.

Stale candy
I love playtime candy and thought it would be perfect for a pinata filler for my 3 yr old's birthday party. Unfortunately, when the candy arrived, it was very stale and the tootsie rolls were so hard, it was hard to bite into for an adult let alone small children.
