PCSsole Orthotic Insoles with High & Medium Arch Support - Comfort Gel Work Boot Insert for Flat Feet, Plantar Fasciitis, Running, Walking, Over Pronation for Men and Women

I've used a well known name brand in the orthopedic insole market for years - but when an order was delivered to the wrong address by USPS and lost, I sought out a quick and comparable replacement. Out of all the insoles available here on Amazon, these appeared to be the most similar to what I've been using.The arch support is a little higher than what I'm used to, but not uncomfortable. The metatarsal support is excellent - it's positioned correctly and isn't too low or too high. Overall, they're very comfortable and fit well.Disposable orthopedic insoles are typically rated for 6 months of use, but I've learned over the years to replace them at around 4 months maximum, as my feet, knees, back and neck always let me know when a pair are about shot. Another sign that insole replacement is due, is feeling absolutely exhausted by the end of the day.The quality of these is very comparable to those I had been using, as they lasted for about 4 months. I've ordered these twice now and will continue to order for my work shoes every 3-4 months, moving forward.

My podiatrist suggested these because I have high arches but I don't need custom orthotics. They are wonderful! The arch support keeps my toes from jamming into the front of my shoes and they help prevent/treat plantar fasciitis. They are expensive, but not compared to custom, and if this is all you need, they are great--sturdy and highly functional.

I take more than 11,000 steps a day these come through in a pinch and a crunch. I wish they last longer I have them on re-order can we please work on making them last longer times are hard. I changed between this brand and another brand.

Best high arch support I have found. I have very high arches & usually have to combine an insole with a cookie to get the support I need. Very solid & strong. They don’t compress or bend from weight on them.

I have high arches and needed some insoles for my work shoes. When I got these I was excited because the arch support is nice and high and seemed sturdy. When I cut them to size and put them in my shoes I immediately noticed that the arch support is a bit too close to the heel. The peak of the arch is about an inch behind where my arch peak is. I did take them back out and compare them to my feet and it seems to be where the arch is and not how they were fitting in my shoe. It’s off just enough to be bothersome and even bruised my arch the first time I wore them. I’m sad because the arch height and sturdiness are great but they’re causing more pain the they are helping.

These mid-range insoles were installed in new Sketchers hiking boots. I have average arches, and these insoles made my boots more comfortable with better arch support. No regrets buying these insoles.

Not described correctly. Says it fixes over pronation of the foot which is a roll to the outside. If anything this insert makes my foot feel like it's rolling even more especially in the heel. States it has a metatarsal pad. There's a pad but it's not an actual metatarsal pad. Meta tarsal pads lift the toes. I already cut them to fit my shoes so I can't return them

Excellent. Arch so high that I had to return them as my arch is in-between high and very high. But when I stepped into them on floor in packaging the heel cup held, and support was there, not very Cushioning but enough
