Just purchased didn't realize i had to inflate it. what pump should i buy? been looking online and i'm confused.

it inflates with a pin attached to an air pump just like a basketball or volleyball. You can pick one up locally or Amazon sells a fitball inflation pump that is designed for this.

It depends on how firm the ball is filled to. It won’t be like a finger or elbow poking in a specific spot. More overall pressure.

Can I pump this up with a standard sport ball pump, like for a soccer ball?

Yes, you can use either a hand sports ball pump or a bicycle pump with a standard needle to inflate & deflate the ball.

Disappointed that a pin was not included to inflate fitball. Customers must spend more money for air pump and pin to be able to use. My ball is still inside Amazon packing.
