This chops very well, and is literally a life saver! It saves so much time chopping and mincing produce. Just make sure you don't process too much or your veggies become puree like I learned! Literally 2-3 seconds is all it takes to chop, anything more becomes puree. It took me a few tries to really perfect the way this chops and minces things. Also, this blade is VERY sharp...I just placed an onion inside and my thumb accidentally touched the blade, giving me a very painful and somewhat deep cut! I should have been more careful but I have never been cut with the blade of a blender before so I guess I didn't think anything of it. So just watch out!! I make sure to use extra caution with this and keep out of reach when not in use. Otherwise I really enjoy this and use just about every day.

I use it for parsley and mint. A 3-second whirl is all you need. Does not crush the parsley.

I bought so many choppers over the last few years and this is definitely the best! Easy to use, easy to clean. I love that it has four blades because two or three pulses and I'm done!
