my wife & i are both 79 in lock-down. we ordered this mattress it was due on the saturday but it arrived 3 days early. which is good. the door bell rang when i opened the door there was a huge rolled up mattress in cardboard . the driver was in his cab & just waved. the mattress itself is brilliant no backpain good night sleep.if you are an oap beware no help from the delivery driver.ps. (it was a king size mattress)

After leacving to expand and air for 48 hours, the mattress sadly sags at the side rather than being straight, it has a kink in the middle that sticks out which makes the sides really unsteady. Unsure if it's just been vacuum packed too long and has completely lost its shape beyond help.I have tried to contact Dormeo direcrtly but they have told me they cannot help, and no contact details on Amazon so you have to go to return or replace, but they'll only replace if you send them the original, not pick up options. How the heck to I send a mattress in the post, I don't own a vacuum pack machine.Very disappointed. Waste of £200. It's such a shame as it did feel comfortable, just not stable enough if you're sleeping on either side, have to stay in the middle.

I needed a new bed badly, but was on a tight budget but at the same time I didn't want any old bed that wasn't going to support me and give me restless nights. I researched beds for a while and found this one.The Dormeo Options Hybrid is just marvellous. It's comfortable, quiet, supportive, warm and cosy. Delivery was quick and it comes rolled up in plastic and in a box. Instructions are clear and the bed expands very quickly, so be careful! I allowed to air before using, as instructed and my first night was wonderful. Few months later and I'm sleeping better than ever. My back pains have almost disappeared and I feel refreshed.Best purchase I've made on a bed in a long long time.

First night I've not woken up in ages! I usually wake a few times in the night but it must have been my old bed as I now have to rely on the alarm clock to wake me up, usually I'm awake before it goes off.Not recommended for folk who struggle to get out of bed, this will only make matters worse.

We've had good night's sleep since we've had this mattress coming up to 3 yrs now, but on one side the foam coils have collapse so we are not really happy with it mattresses are meant to last alot longer than this we either have a 5yr or 10 yr guarantee but don't know who to contact there is no sellers info on my amazon

Great mattress, I have two, both different types of dormeo mattresses both great but my husband prefers this one. You would not believe the support this gives and is soft compared to the other I have and he does suffer from sciatica and has a great sleep on this. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for comfort and support.

you get what you pay for!This is a cheap mattress, I purchased it during Black Friday and it was even cheaper. It's for the spare room so only guests will sleep on it, I reckon it'll be ok for a nights sleep but for me it's too soft, has no edge support, collapses all over the place when you move around on it and is just a very cheap product. Would I have one for every night? No. Will this last long if used nightly? No Can I recommend it? Well, yes, probably for a caravan bed or spare room but not your daily sleeper.I'm disappointed to be honest but that's because I bought into all of the Dormeo marketing bumff........

Really pleased with my purchase and at a great price too as I managed to bag it on Amazon's Black Friday Deals! I do suffer with severe back pain and I knew my current mattress at the time had to go so after reading practically all of the reviews other customers had wrote and also the manufacturers description I went with the decision to purchase it and I can honestly say I'm not disappointed!! It's a great mattress and I would seriously recommend this to others who are considering purchasing a new mattress.The only issue I did experience was when UPS came to deliver the mattress. Because I live in a flat on the second floor, the delivery driver informed me that the mattress was too heavy for him to carry up the stairs (no lift available) and was there someone else within the block who could help assist him?? Unfortunately their wasn't plus I wouldn't want to ask so he then suggested he'd leave it in the foyer area until someone was available to help me which as you can imagine was a BIG NO NO!!!! After going back and forth the only solution we could both agree on was for me to help him so with him kindly giving me the awkward end where I was walking up the stairs backwards we finally made it to my front door where I could get the box inside...(relief). What did make me laugh though after I'd thanked him for his outstanding service (slight exaggeration) was for him to suggest that I'd send an email of praise to his line manager back at the local UPS depot I suppose suggesting how helpful he was....??? It's safe to say that I'm still pondering on what to write in that email...!Thank you Dormeo and thank you Amazon but not so much UPS the delivery company.
