I needed an ear piece for virtual office meetings. This was the best solution for me. Quality is excellent, fits comfortably on my ear. Controls are on ear piece and easy to use. Bluetooth compatible and very easy setup. Comes with a charging case and cord. Sound is very clear and I have not had any issues misunderstanding words spoken. It also has not cut out at all while using. I have used it listening to music but I prefer my ear buds over the one ear piece. I found for me that it’s best use is for zoom meetings or phone calls while in my cubicle.

Good investment if you need a blue tooth device while driving. Good quality. noise cancelling for the ear your using it on. Comfortable. No problem with fit as it is adjustable. Legal for driving.

I would of gave 5 stars but the little metal piece on over the mic fell off as soon as I got it out the case. It kept falling off and lost it before I could glue it in. The speaker makes people sound like they are in a tin can but people say they can hear me crystal clear. I just need it when I'm driving so not a big deal. The range on it is good and never drops calls.

This headset "sort of worked" for exactly 6 months.It never charged from the charging case, as others have reported.There always seemed to be an issue with others hearing me, when connected to Bluetooth, to make phone calls. There has always a 1-2 second delay between connecting a call, and the other end of the call hearing anything, initially.After using 3-5 other headsets of similar quality over the years, this is the first one that exhibited these behaviors.However it worked well enough for that 6 month period of time.Until this morning, when I could not connect it to the device it has connected to for the last 6 months. It now only power cycles. nothing more, and does not appear as an option for a BT connection, when I attempted to re-pair it to the original device, nor other devices, as a test.When I reached out to Amazon support, they could (would) not do anything, except provide me with a phone number or email (that so far goes nowhere, and is in some strange combination of numbers that appear to be in the US but is actually a Chinese number, which I guess is expected, though it originally seems to be an OR number btw) to contact the seller, which you can find no info on from the sellers site, though they claim to care about customer experience.I would not recommend this device. The price is nice, but the quality has been subpar, and the ability and experience to try to get the issue resolved with the vendor and Amazon, which 'supports" this item, has been less than welcoming - something like this should not last only 6 months. The inability to actually contact the seller without jumping through 7 flaming hoops, only to be given an email address that isn't working, and a phone number that will end up costing more to call than I paid for this POS, to see if there is a way to get a replacement for something that appears to be a design flaw or issue, is aggravating.So if I were you.. I'd swipe left, pick something else.

I have been very happy with this product. It seems to have good range, good sound quality, and stays charged for a good length of time!
