I’m only 3 days in and already extremely impressed! I’m really impressed with this. I started a gluten free diet about 4 weeks ago. The first 2 weeks were rough but after that, I felt better. I plateaued after losing 30 lbs and wanted some help losing a little more. I can’t say I’ve lost any in the week I’ve been taking this, but what I can say is I feel amazing. The energy I have is significant. It’s not like a redline or something like that, I’m not shaky or jittery, I’m just ready to go. I can work all day and I feel good. I am sleeping throughout the night, I don’t know if I can attribute it to this or the fact that I’ve been going hard all day long 🤷🏻‍♀️ regardless, this has given me the energy I need at almost 40. The one and only complaint I have is that the capsule starts to melt as soon as it hits my tongue and I end up gagging on it almost every time I take it. Small price to pay to feel good. I take it in the morning and before I eat my first meal at dinner. Super effective and a much needed boost in energy. Someone said you can’t focus on eating because you’re so sick after taking these & that couldn’t be more true. I took 2 and feel like I’m going to pass out or throw up or both.I should have looked at the ingredients but the blue dye feels so unnecessaryUpdate: months later I wanted to give it a second chance & that was a huge mistake! My entire body became so hot and broke out into a rash for over an hour, I started manually breathing, my chest felt so tight and my heart was beating so fast. I had a light breakfast with it & threw it up.I’m 25, active, healthy body and weight, just looking for something to help me out on my cut - I’ve tried multiple shady Amazon pre workouts/gas station energy and thought my body could handle it all. I was wrong. There’s something sinister in these unnaturally blue pills. Love yourself and find a different product! (Also was told I’d get a refund for this and never did)

I have used Zantrex for several years. It is the best product I have found that meets my needs. I do not use it for weight loss, thankfully I do not have a problem with that issue. However, I have found that it is really great when used as an energy and mood booster. The dosage info calls for taking 2 capsules at a time, but for me, I have found that taking 1 capsule is perfect when I need that energy and mood elevation. I usually take one first thing each morning and then one later in the day IF I feel the need. I hope this info may be beneficial to others who may be looking for a product to do just that. I have tried other energy products that are far more costly and they did not even compare to the benefits I get from using Zantrex. I hope this info will be helpful to others who may be looking for the same results.

Only one capsule of zantrex in the morning, combined with 7.5 mg of tirzepatide weekly, is FINALLY helping me to lose weight at a decent pace.I like the energy and motivation the zantrex gives me to do low impact aerobics combined with strength ttraining, 25 minutes daily.I don't like the anxiety I've been experiencing. It feels like unpleasant butterflies in my stomach. Still, it is worth it to me.

I have used this product off and on for years! I have lost over 100 pounds! Repeatedly! When I see myself gaining it back, I resume my regime. It has always worked for me! Every time i reached my goal of 150 pounds I ended up pregnant AGAIN! So, I would have to stop it and would gain it all back. Thankfully, I am past childbearing age now so, when I reach 150 pounds this time I will stay there with the help of Zantrex 3 blue!The only issue I have is finding it! Why did you pick this product vs others?:I really wanted this to work. After a week, I'm overly tired and the heaaches from the caffeine crashes are intense. I have ADHD which my account for sleepiness. Any weight I lost (about 3 pounds) can be attributed to watching what I eat and being to tired to eat. I can't say it suppressed my appetite, I was still hungry, just nothing seemed appealing. When you are tired and have a headache, that can just add to the frustration.Amazon "suggested" that the black and blue Zantrex be bought together; however, after making this purchase I read that they should not be taken together. I've tried both with similar results.
