We always purchase these filters for our home filter system. They work great and last a while. We are on a well in the mountains and these filters really do the trick for us. Highly recommend.

We live in Phoenix and have very hard water filled with calcium. I have a water treatment device (not a true softener) that treats the water in our house and requires a prefilter. My previous prefilter sprung a leak and replaced it with a larger model. The filter it came with was 20 microns which was definitely not adequate for the sediment in our water. I found this one and decided to see if I could make all our water better. Our refrigerator ice was really bad and no one wanted to drink that water.With this prefilter, we have way less sediment coming through and our water is so much more clear. The visible water droplets that dry don’t have the white circles around them anymore. Best of all, our ice is clear and tastes good! I will be ordering only these from now on!

I have a set of three filters but decided to try to replace only one because I have more sediment than normal and got lucky that it worked. I will replace all of them on my regular schedule for sure

Good and affordable filters

This is a carbon filter replacement for the iSpring Whole home filter system. I have had this installed at my home for about 4 years now and replace these filters yearly (I have city water). Overall I have been very happy with the quality of these filters. The entire home tastes chlorine free and I'm sure the overall quality of the water is improved but I've never had the water professionally tested. You can tell these are very high quality.Unscrewing the heavy canisters to replace the filter can be a little tough and require some strength. I would recommend lubricating the rubber seals with a food grade lubricant and not screwing them back on too tight. Also releasing the water pressure with the red buttons on the top is required.

Excellent product. Easy to install, so as long as you preplan the pipe route. This has improved the water quality and customer service is quick to respond if I have a question that needs to be resolved, specifically JOHN.I added an additional bone char filter to eliminate fluoride for the entire house and have two come to support this brand and have recently bout two shower head mineral filters and a reverse osmosis under the sink filter.Since having this product I only had one defect which would include a broken carbon filter which was most likely broken by the delivery driver but a quick email and a replacement was sent without any hassle.

Was not sure if this fit my system but it does fit my Big Blue whole house system perfectly.

I was about to buy a Pelican water carbon filter before I just happened to find this one. We had a really noticeable smell to the water and this does a great job of taking it out. And twice I waited to see if the smell would come back and it took about 5 months so now I replace it every 4 months and we've had no water smell. I found no way to quantify how long this filter should last.We also have iron and would always get the iron bacteria smell. And the iron filter part of this (although it's not what was bought) Also works really well. Before the filter I would have to treat the water heater with hydrogen peroxide about every 3 months. Now with the iron filter which is part of the package I'll treat the water heaters about once a year when there is just a slight indication of iron bacteria. There was a way to quantify how often this filter needed to be replaced. I looked at our iron ppm from a test and looked at our typical usage via the water softener and the spec from iSpring I computed that it should last about a year and it always has.If I have any complaint it's that when you swap the cartridge you can get a lot of water all over the floor but fortunately its in the basement.

There is nothing to dislike in the product and product support. The Indian filters claim they are 5 microns. They are big cheats, only after using you will know. While using ISpring filters, use it with ISpring housing. You will see crystal clear water that you will wonder at the technology behind it, that is ISpring a hi tech company with a mindboggling range of products and they are also into IT but that is a sister concern
