LOVE my Hexclad pan! This comes in so handy - especially since it can go in the oven lid and all! Quality pan - food never sticks - easy cleanup. This pan holds a lot! I use it to brown my Tri-tip roast and then finish it in the oven - comes put tender & juicy. My electric stove sucks - but this pan heats evenly and helps things cook faster. Highly recommend Hexclad products - they are well worth the price.

I bought this pan for my husband for Christmas and he LOVES it. It cooks food evenly and works great on low or high heat. Any oil added spreads over the pan in the crevices so that all food is cooked evenly. It is a little heavy but that was expected. I will definitely purchase more of the Hexclad pans in the future. Food does not stick to it and it is easy to clean. I'm expecting it to last for years and years!

I've worked in restaurants where an excellent pan gets abused because everyone uses it. This is such a pan, it will take abuse (but you won't want to do that in your kitchen!) I used it for the first time on a favorite stroganoff recipe that is challenging as the timing of the ingredients is critical to the outcome. This pan is enormous, and the cooking surface is even. The octagons distribute heat evenly to the edges. An excellent pan, worth the money. I used medium-high heat, and it was terrific. I will buy more of this brand to stock my cookware.

Made for all utensils even metal. Dishwasher safe. Finally, cookware that meets every need & cooking style. Very heavy & well made. Beautiful & superior function. A fabulous gift for any serious cook. I am so; impressed I plan to purchase the complete cookware set. It is superior to all other high end set I own.

These pans are quality pans so worth the money. I’ve had some for over 2 years and they still look brand new. I feel cook time is faster as these heat up quickly. I don’t use it in as high heat as I did with my old pans. They are scratch proof and dishwasher safe.

So far, it's the perfect pan. Sears as well as stainless but very easy to clean. Nice deep sides, and a perfect size when cooking for 2 or 3 people.

The size, ease of clean up and versatility makes this a great pan.
