Amazing Performance for Pet Owners!
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the BISSELL CleanView Swivel Pet Reach Full-Size Vacuum Cleaner, and it has been an absolute game-changer for me and my home. I've had my previous vacuum for nine years, and while it still had some suction left, the hose attachment finally gave out. I decided it was time for an upgrade, especially with a large, long-haired Maine Coon cat at home. I found this BISSELL model on sale and went for it.First of all, assembly was a breeze. The intuitive design meant I didn't even need to read the instructions, which was a pleasant surprise. I immediately put it to the test on a small 3' x 3' patch of carpet (see photo 2) that I had vacuumed just a few days ago with my old vacuum. The results were astonishing! The amount of fur and debris it pulled up from that small section was incredible (see photo 1). I then proceeded to vacuum the entire living room of my 800 sq ft apartment, and the canister was full by the end (see photo 3).But it didn't stop there. After emptying the canister, I tackled the bedroom. Despite not moving the queen bed, the BISSELL managed to get further under the sides than my old vacuum ever could. The canister was once again filled with even more debris from the carpet in the bedroom (see photo 4). I used to think my old vacuum was doing a good job, but clearly, it was missing a lot.If you have pets and an older vacuum, I highly recommend making the upgrade. The BISSELL CleanView Swivel Pet Reach truly makes a difference in keeping pet hair and dirt under control.TL:DR REVIEWPROS: This vacuum picked up hair and dirt that the naked eye cannot see if you have a pet youāre going to be shocked by the amount of stuff this vacuum sucks up off of a clean looking carpet. Vacuum head swivel very easily with just one hand so its maneuverability is great and I found it very lightweight, especially when compared to my nearly decade old previous vacuum.CONS: The only real downside I've found is the foot pedal used to unlock the vacuum from its upright position. There's a pinch risk for bare feet, which I learned the hard way (see photos 5, 6, and video). It caught a couple of my toes and a small portion of the ball of my foot. Thankfully, it didn't break the skin, but it was quite painful and left the area tender and red for a while. I suggest wearing shoes while using it, especially if you have small children who like to help with the vacuuming.Overall, the performance and ease of use far outweigh this minor inconvenience. This vacuum is a fantastic investment for any pet owner!

The Keeper Of My Sanity
I CANNOT say enough good things about this vacuum. I have used this daily for just under a year now and it consistently performs better than I ever wouldāve expected, especially for the price point.I have a Husky and live in the south (donāt yell at me, she was a rescue) so itās hot most of the year and she is constantly shedding. I also have a 12 year old large breed hospice foster dog and two kids with lots of friends who come in and out of our house so there is no shortage of messes. This vacuum picks up the absolute finest particles of dirt that you wouldnāt even see unless you wiped the floor with a white rag.I use it on tile, hardwood, high-pile carpet, and low-pile rugs. Iāve actually even used it in my attached garage on the sealed concrete floors (I donāt own a shop vac and needed to clean the garage, it is what it is) Iām pretty sure it would vacuum a gravel road if it had to. The amount of dirt, dog hair, crumbs, nano particles of dust it picks up truly blows my mind. Emptying the canister is so satisfying, all the dog fur gets spun together into a big fluffy mound and all the smaller particles are at the bottom. It can hold SO MUCH, itās like a trash compactor, always making more room.Once upon a time I had a Shark Rotator Pet Lift-Away (a $300+ vacuum) that I loved until I accidentally rolled over the cord one too many times in the same spot and it quite literally ate through its own power cord (it stripped the black off exposing the inside and eventually stopped turning on.) I was convinced that Iād never have a vacuum as effective at cleaning as it was but the cost kept me from being able to buy another. Then I met my Bissell and was proven wrong for a fraction of the price. My Shark had a green light on the front and if I vacuumed over something I shouldnāt have or something got stuck, the light turned red and the brushes stopped spinning. (It didnāt react quickly enough to save itself from its own cord destruction, just enough to be a pain in the ass.) It wouldnāt start again unless you turned it off and back on. As a single mom juggling 2 kids, 1 Husky and 1 medically needy foster dog, a full time job, and a house to take care of, I need to be able to roll over the occasional small Lego or penny on the floor and move on like it never happened. I donāt wanna bend down to check. Iām tired. My back hurts. These kids wonāt stop asking questions. My dogs are howling through the fence at the neighbors Bassett Hounds. Water is probably boiling over on the stove while Iām vacuuming cause I think I can do things faster than I can. This vacuum understands me. It knows I donāt have time. I speed through my house with this thing like a rat in a maze on a mission to find the exit. Iāve bumped it into walls, dropped it down the stairs, tripped over and landed on it, and it just shrugs it off and keeps going.Did I go 4 weeks without washing the filters and when I finally checked them, they were like a solid brick coated in powdered-sugar-textured-dust? Yes, I absolutely did. Did the vacuum stop working, lose suction, or give any hint at slowing down even with clogged filters? No, if anything it said āhold my beerā and tried even harder. I just happened to remember it had been a while since I washed the filters and then felt weirdly bad for neglecting it.Iāve run over the cord dozens of times and itās never eaten through it. In fact, itās never even made a mark where Iāve run over the cord. Itās powerful enough to do exactly what it needs to do without being excessively strong to its own detriment. You know how Speed Queens are thought of in the world of washers & dryers? Thatās how Bissell should be thought of in the world of vacuums. Reliable, built to last through a nuclear war, will out-live your grandkids and end up in someoneās estate sale in 85 years.Pros:- Preforms better than my expensive Shark did. You are not sacrificing quality for cost.- Filters are washable and easy to clean. Theyāre also incredibly effective cause those babies look FUNKY after even just a week in my house, then look good as new after being washed and left out to dry.- Virtually indestructible, incredible cleaning power, hose is soft & super flexible, easy to attach & detach, canister holds a lot & is easy to empty, never has an off day.Cons:- The little green bristles on the spin brush attachment for the hose do break off. 2-3 pieces have broken off while vacuuming soft surfaces like the couch. The rest remain intact.- Itās not super quiet. Itās not the loudest thing in the world, like I can still hear KidzBop playing over the hum of it so I know Iād hear if someone was hurt or crying. But it might wake a sleeping baby or scare your dog.- Thatās it. Thatās literally it. Buy the vacuum. Live in chaos but with clean floors. Thatās where I am and lifeās pretty good over here.I also have a Bissell Pro Heat 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner, a Bissell Pet Stain Eraser (cordless handheld cleaner) and a Bissell Steam Shot Steam Cleaner, all of which I truly love and have held up for multiple years so I donāt know why I was hesitant to go for a Bissell vacuum but I wish I wouldāve done it sooner.Bottom line: Bissell is the HBIC here. Couldnāt do life without her.
