Great product, this made quick work of 4 butts! The claws are a very rigid fairly sharp plastic. They are ok for a thick aluminum tray but stainless steel would be preferable. These claws would last in commercial restaurants let alone at home for occasional use. In other words, it will probably outcast the average person.
