This includes 2 smart USB ports which can output max 2.4 A. It means if you plug iPad in any one of ports, the output will be 2.4A, if you plug iPhone in any one of ports, the output is 1A. If you plug iPhone and iPad in ports together, iPhone is 1A, iPad is 1.4A. 2 iPhone is: 1A, 1A. 2ipad is 1.2A each

Q: I'm traveling to Israel. Do I need to purchase a converter also or does this work as both an adaptor and converter?

This is just an adapter, not a converter. Not all appliances need a converter. Rule of thumb, if it heats (hair appliances) or cools, it probably needs a converter. Check the voltage range on the appliance. I understand that Israel is 220-240, so if it falls within that range or you have dual voltage, you would only need the adapter. For instance, I only needed the adapter for my phone & camera chargers. FYI, some appliances, like hair dryers may be dual voltage. There may be a switch to change voltages (mine turns like a screw). In that case, you would not need a converter, only an adapter.

Q: Will this support my Phillips dream station cpap machine?

Virtually all new electronic devices power cords have a wall wart adapter, and on this adapter there should be a listing of 100-240 vac 50/60hz they can be used in most every country in the world with the proper Ceptics adapter, for the country your visiting. if there is no wall wart, the listing will be on the device.

Q: Can I run a hair dryer if it’s 110V/220V?

hello it did not work for the hair dryer I tried it and it came out burnt smell and then it did not work anymore but I never use it in another country very badly
