The pair I got was sturdy feeling. Super easy to use! I like to cook whole chickens and this makes lifting the chicken out of the pot so much easier and safer than with spoons or something.

I like the fact that they are sturdy and the overall design. I was unhappy with the quality of the polish work and they handle this missing wood. I’m sure they’re very functional, but it would be hesitant to give this to someone as a gift.

Heavy duty. Nice and strong for large chunks of meat. The wife has had many weak Forks that Bend while trying to handle a large roast, etc.
