I have Vitamin D absorption issues and by some miracle I discovered this one. Never have my levels risen like they have with this one. No idea how or why, but I've had to take them every other day so that my levels aren't too high - which is wild bc I've struggled with a deficiency my whole life.

I have not personally tried it, but I bought it for a friend upon the recommendation of a physician to a friend with similar health issues. My friend says it is good so far.

really like the container. Hard to know how efficient this product is. I'm assuming I'm taking in that glorious vitamin D that the sun gives us in this little capsule!

This is the best, vitamin D3 that I have ever taken for years my doctor has told me time after time, your vitamin D levels are low since I've been taking this she has never said it again.

Great item worked ok as I really can't judge them. Now all vitamins are getting so expensive I will probably look for a cheaper version in the future!

I have used this brand for a long time now and will not use anything else.
