Love this fan! I’ve bought two so far for my house and plan on replacing all of my old fan with this model. It looks modern and moves air really well. I live in Arizona and it’s a “must”to have a fan that works efficiently.A little less than a year after having one of them installed, it suddenly stopped working. We realized it was an issue with the control panel in the fan base which is removable. I reached out to the company and worked with Bree who handled the situation quickly and efficiently. I honestly didn’t have high hopes that I would even hear back from anyone, but she responded to my email in less than a day and arranged to send me a new control panel and remote for free. She was really concerned about why the first product failed since that is not a common occurrence and arranged for me to send the broken control panel back so they could look into the issue. She also compensated me for my time and effort to do this. I have had no issues with my other fan, so I do feel that this is not common.In an era when you’re typically left out of luck when a product fails, I was very happy that this company had fantastic customer service and truly cares about the integrity of their product. Ordering this fan is really risk free because I’m sure you’ll love it, and if there is an issue, you can rest assured they will take care of it.

This fan moved a large volume of air horizontally which is what I wanted. However, I needed a light to spread around the room brighter. This light, although good, was directionally downward and a lot of lumens suppressed by an opaque cover.

I never thought I'd opt for a white ceiling fan but it does open up our space and make are normal height ceilings look higher. Works by switch and remote.

This fan is everything I was looking for. First it is darling, I love the brass finish as it matches perfectly to my bathroom hardware and looks like real brass. The fan feels very sturdy and is high quality for the price! Lastly, it has 6 insanely quiet speeds to adjust for changing temperatures. Beyond satisfied.

We love the look of the fan, and it works great. The installation instructions were a little confusing. We had an issue at first with the light blinking when the fan was turned on. Customer support walked us through the issue, and it was resolved very quickly.

We installed our first fan one year ago, and now enjoy 4 of your wonderful fans. They are quiet, easy to install, and provide remarkable movement of air with 6 speeds! We live in Arizona and these fans help keep our cooling costs down!

I struggled between 3 and 4. I ordered this thru a recommendation of an influencer Positive. The price point Also It really moves air around better than my old fan. I like the light. It is quiet.Negatives. It is very plastic. The blades are a thick plastic not like a poly or mdf a matte plastic you are not able to tell this from the pic. The written instructions were different than the you tube instructions which was a little confusing. Neither instructions cover all aspects of assembly and install so you you need read/watch both. That being said I am a handy person by no means a professional. I was intimidated at first but took my time and assembled it myself with some help. You do need to tighten the wires at the end which the instructions did not state. I ended up having an extra red wire coming out of my ceiling that I had to tie off.In the end you get what u pay for I guess. I’m not sure if I liked it so much that I would buy this same fan again. I would like a better quality
