No further assistant from Bosch about spare parts
My washing machine spare part pulsator is damaged. My machine warranti is ended. I call local Bosch service men for spare part. He told me that 1350 for part and and 800 for service. I told him I don't want service I want only spare part . He told me that Bosch company not give spare part without service charge. This is company policy. Hence don't purchase Bosch products it's service is very bad. I am going to consumer court for the Justis soon

Extremely pathetic After sales Support
The media could not be loaded. Just after 3 use of this machine the tub got damaged. I bought it 1.5 month back. Multiple complaints and requests but no action.This is a risk buying this machine as in case of any fault , the customer will keep struggling and running from pillar to post. But no Action from Bosch ..

Cleaning is not proper
Every time, there is a stain mark always visible after completion of the work especially in cotton dresses. Totally fed-up

Performance is very poor and not getting the proper washing in 1 time which other machines do. if we wash two times then we get the quality of washing which other machines do in 1 time.useless product and not recommended to buy.
