These are pretty much as described. Insane magnetic strength when shipped together. So strong that you must carefully slide them off each other to separate.Once you separate your single magnet disc you’re good to go. Just handle them carefully cause if get near the pile they came with - I’m talking two to three inches the single magnet will go flying past your hands and attach itself to the bunch. That’s how strong the magnetic field is. This is how people end up breaking these magnets.In application they are easy to use. I bought some thin metal backing pieces from Amazon and when you attatch those to anything, whatever you’ve attached the magnet to will stick very well, but not so hard you can’t remove it. It’s a good product that’s very useful. Just treat it carefully.I used some on some flashlights and power tools and also some non magnetic air tag holders. All work as expected.Recommended product for sure.

Ordered these for the refrigerator to hold up the ever-increasing number of childrens' artwork and school papers. They work extremely well; one magnet can easily hold four or more sheets of paper.The good part is that we no longer accidentally numb the fridge and send dozens of colorful papers al over the floor; the bad part is these magnets really do stick and can be challenging to remove from time to time.Overall, if you need strong magnets for whatever reason, these should easily meet your needs.

I am using these as a replacement for suction cups that always fail in my aquarium over time. They are sufficiently strong, can be doubled or tripled up if more strength is needed, and the coating protects the glass from getting scratched. I have re-purchased these several times and will continue to buy more as needed.I use clear gorilla glue to fasten them to the piece inside the tank, and one or two outside to hold them against the glass, depending on the strength I need. I have even glued them to suction cups to keep my filter tubes and heaters from detaching from the glass.Out of the box, these magnets seem frighteningly strong - too strong in fact. However, that is because all 10 are stacked together, amplifying their strength. To separate them, you can slide them apart, like sliding a card from a deck of playing cards. I have also found a plastic putty knife works quite well to separate them.WARNING - a stack of these can pick up a loose magnet from 6-8 inches away, with a frightening, finger pinching thwack! It can/will also shatter the magnet into very sharp magnetized shards. If ingested by a child or pet, these shards can cause fatal internal injuries. DO NOT be tempted to use any broken magnets pieces, and be sure to dispose of them safely.

These magnets are verrry strong! I'm using them to hold a tarp on the top of my old truck, which leaks. They work very well. The tarp won't blow off. However, the disks are very fragile. I made the mistake, when I unpacked them, to lay them fairly close together on a table. They jumped together into a stack instantly! The resulting impact cause several of them to fracture into very sharp fragments. Separating the disks was difficult since they were so strong, and dangerous because of the razor sharp edges. I ended up having to discard several of the disks.

For the price these are more powerful than many other I have purchased and can hold significant weight for their size. Have been pretty durable also, I’m with other brands I often have many that crack and break very easily, I’ve only had 1 out of the package break. Adhesive is pretty strong as well. Seem to have very strong pull. I think they'll do the trick for my project. Unfortunately a few of them broke as I was working with them. One magnet would jump from my hand into another magnet and to my surprise, shattered. A testament to their strength magnetically but not structurally. Would have been a 5 otherwise.

I used about 10 of these to hold up a 48 inch valance on my window blinds. I started with five, but it needed a few more because of the extra length. Very happy with the strength of these.

Kept losing my tape measure and so I decided to adhere magnet adhesive to it!! Does the job. The measuring tape is on the heavier side and so it sags a bit but I’ve placed it on top of my refrigerator handle and it does the trick!
