I love this!!! I wanted to see if it was truly any better than the $40 ones you can buy. This is 800xs better. it heats up fast and it isn't as messy as people say as long as you figure out how to catch the cotton candy once it starts coming out. It does not come with a cover. the cover is sold separately at $80 which i think is absolutely ridiculous when this cost so much. I was lucky enough to snag one of these on deep discount because it was an open box item. Parts of it were already put together by whoever had it first which was probably a good thing because the directions were horrible. luckily it wasn't too hard with a little bit of common sense to assemble. we will be using this for a 5 year old birthday in a few weeks so i will update m,y review when we have used it for an extended time. so far it has only been used about 5 times and only to make cotton candy for maybe 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Super easy clean up. the sugar just melts off with water. no need to clean the inside where the candy goes as long as you leave the machine on and make sure all the sugar comes out in cotton candy form. the boxes in the background of the photo is what it was shipped in so its pretty large!

Don’t waste your money
Absolute piece of garbage. The tires wouldn’t even screw all the way in I had to add washers and other parts. The direction don’t tell you how to do anything so you have to figure out yourself. Don’t waste your money

Product has no serial number and warranty info is not listed. A wire melted and sparked everywhere after using for only 2 weeks. So far has been nothing but an expensive headache. Bought the squaretrade plan to go with it but cotton candy machines exist in appliance limbo, neither large or small appliance.It made okay cotton candy, you need to buy a hood ($85) and one of those bowl liners for catching it ($??). If you want to buy a machine for $250 go for a full commercial model. This is a poorly manufactured piece of junk.

Used this machine for a party we had. The cotton candy was so easy to make and the machine is so easy to clean up. Such a fun machine to own. Beware: Anyone who knows you own it will want to borrow it, because it is so fun!
