If you have a soldering iron, a drill, and don't want to replace your whole fan just to change the light, this is the perfect product for you. I have old home depot fans in the house from previous owner and one was getting the flickering problem. Nobody makes the replacement anymore. This works. My original bulb had the model "LKL 1101-17 " written on it. Here's what I had to do: turn off light, turn off power at the circuit box. Unscrew bulb "module" (diffuser + metal chasis + light is inside). Disconnect the wire clip attachment. Gotta get the diffuser off. Drill a small hole in the metal edge to fit a screwdriver in to wedge up and pull diffuser off. it is fairly flexible and this method will not introduce any visible issues. work on getting as much of screwdriver in under side as possible and work around. once off, unscrew 3 plastic screws keeping the old LED board on. KEEP THESE. Ok tricky bit: you will need to put the old clip on the new board because they do not match. Other solutions are possible but this is the nicest IMO. Notice where the dark wire is on each and plan to match / preserve polarity. unsolder the old clip and unsolder the clip on this board. solder the old clip onto the new board. this should take about 10 seconds if you know what you're doing but make sure to not to cold solder, solder bridge etc. feed clip wires back through the hole in the back. use the 3 plastic screws to attach 3 point to this board. you won't need any of the other attachment gear included with the board. plug in, screw back in, turn electricity back on at the breaker. should be good to go. this information comes with no warranties! if in doubt, call an electrician.

I tried installing this as a direct replacement to my ceiling fan/light's original bulb and didn't work. Looked again and saw that the original is 24v while this new one is 120v. Dug a little deeper into the fixture and there is the ballast that the directions mentioned and I for some reason assumed that I didn't have. Wired it correctly and works great..One small issue. I want the light setting at the warmest, third option, and at first every time I would set it to that and then test it m, the light was defaulting to the coolest option. Turns out I was turning it back on too fast. Needs to be that 6.5 second interval. So I am sure that I will accidentally reset it here and there, but not a huge deal since two more flips of a switch we're right back on track...Update.So my kitchen's IKEA fixtures take a single bulb, and no matter what bulb I crammed in there my kitchen was always super dim. Had to turn the can light over the sink AND the other ceiling light in the breakfast nook to feel like I had enough light to work at night. So, I cracked it open and took a look, and see that I could try this bulb in the fixture. Works great. Night and day difference. Pun intended.

Works great, but only lasted for 14 months.Update; The company got ahold of me after my review, and offered me a full refund. I’m not sure if they knew or not, but I had already purchased another one from them. Only because I’m too lazy to do anymore research of looking for another one. Let’s see how long this one last. Anyways I originally gave them a three star, but now I will give them a four for customer service. It did take them a little over two weeks to get to me which isn’t bad, and the refund was within hours of the request.

Very cheap and fast shipping it has 3 settings I love it. And my light switch dosent have 3 setting or dim light settings. When I turn off and on it changes color setting I love it’! Thank you for making it super affordable and also it’s hard to find this one. And the only thing is it takes about an hour or more to install a bit hard to install too

I connected the LED to my ceiling fan perfectly. I turned it on and the LED comes on. But it won't turn off. Fan will adjust to different speeds with remote but light will not turn off. It just stays on unless I flip the switch to off. Tried to contact support but no luck

Worked great, fit just fine in my Kichler Sola 44" fan. I only used the light and the wire connectors.

Like so many products today replacement parts are not available due to making new products really same as old but using different components. This was led light, you know the ones that suppose to last 10 or more years, right. I found this replacement by taking a picture with google find. I next examined the wiring and configuration of the parts compared to old one. This was the closest. The dome, clear plastic covering over panel was different I had to switch it using the old, to do so I used a very small file, made for this small objects. Carefully held the panel to avoid damage. Got it to fit. The light has 3 settings done at the wall switch. Works well. This lamp part of this fan does not come off I would have been stuck with no light. At the price, it worth trying it versus a new fan. DON'T BUY LED on fans.
