Q: I'm 5'8, 160 lb. measurements are : 34(bust)29 (waist) and 41(hips). M or L?I would like for it to be snug around the waist.

Go with another seller, imho, one you can hold to you/try on. I ordered this bikini and the one I got was not high waisted at all. Looking through the reviews, it's a coin flip of whether or not you're going to get what's pictured. I ordered a M (I'm 150, 5'4) and the bottoms were way too tight, but the top was way too loose.

Q: Does the bottom ride up between your butt to show more or do they stay in place?

I'm going to say no. I never have a wedgie with these - for the most part, they stay put, but they are definitely "cheeky!"
