I love Northern Brewer they always have good quality products. I have been ordering from them for the last 15 years and have had no issues unlike some of the other brew supply houses.

I was using the big 32 pound bottles of liquid malt extract but they are very heavy and hard to use due their size and weight. These 6 pound bottles a vastly easier to work with!I did have a small problem with my order but the people at Northern Brewer got it all fixed very quickly and easily. They are nice folks their that really care! They are my new source for LME!Very Happy!

Exactly as advertised. I'm using this stuff to make beer, but you can totally use it as a sweetener for anything that uses syrup. It's thick and pours as expected, which isn't so great for the wide mouth jars. If you're not pouring a bunch into a large container, I recommend using a wide funnel; but that's nothing to do with the quality syrup inside. Which tastes great and functions exactly how you would want.

It's cheapest on Amazon - buy in bulk.You can't get it for less at Northern Brewer and it's convenient in 6 pound containers rather than one huge jug.

This stuff is as good as it gets. These are not pre-hopped I believe, so the homebrewer has more choice with straight gold or dark malted barley combinations. I can't say the same for the other styles, but these are straight base, you'll need to add some body to it with steeped whatever (crystal, roasted, etc.) By far the best price I've been able to come by. Great product!

I've tried them all, this one has the best base taste, the others have some stuff I don't want in my brew, they are not straight base malts. This one is as close as Maillard gets to having a pure base without any extra additions to change the body of the brew. Good stuff!
