This splint may work well for wrist immobilization put it does not do the job for pulled tendons in the back of the hand. The “Boxer Splint Original Splint for Boxer Fracture $21.99 will immobilize the hand not the wrist. You will loose the use of your pinky and adjoining finger in this rig. The metal support bar runs all the way up the two fingers. This is the ONLY way to heal tendons that can take up to months. There are several other brands that should also work. You need the metal all the way up the fingers.
