Initially looking at it looked small and had doubts it would fit a 12 lbs turkey. On Thanksgiving I was pleasantly surprised that indeed the turkey fit nicely. I did not use the rack instead, as usual, I lined the bottom with mirepoix to enhance the dripping for my gravy. The pan is made of heavy duty stainless steel which was easy to clean. Great addition to our pantry!

Used this for the Thanksgiving turkey this year. I LOVE it! I have bought a couple of other coated roasters for easy cleaning in the past and the coating has come off. I decided no more coating. This cleaned up beautifully with almost no effort. It looks completely unused! I love the fixed handles too, vs hinged handles. This is going to last me decades! Well made, heavy enough and good quality. I recommend!

Update: on 12/16/23 I used the roasting Pan/Rack for a 6 pound pork shoulder and I was very happy with the results, to insure that meat didn't stick to rack I just brushed it with cooking oil, cleaning (by Hand) was a breeze, after wiping pan with paper towels, I just soaked the rack inside pan in warm soapy water, very happy with purchase.1st Review: The HaSteel pan with racks included is the prefect size for my roasting needs, I love that the pan and racks are all made of stainless steel, the pan with racks looks very nice. Amazon Delivery driver was on time and handled my package with care, I found no damage to outer or inner package, Highly recommend this item if you are looking for a medium to small roasting pan at a great price.

This pan is definitely not going to hold my Thanksgiving turkey for sure. Its definitely a nice pan but it's just too small. I like the v-style roasting rack but I would dare use it on my grill as I'm not sure that it would hold up very well. They also included a good little rack for the bottom of the pan to elevate the meat which can also double for a cooling rack for cookies. I personally think the pan is over priced. If I'm going to pay that price than I would expect a larger pan.

This isn’t as nice as one of the big-name brands. If you want the best, sign up for one of All-Clad’s VIP sales and you can get a pretty good deal. But you’ll still pay a lot more than what this set costs. I used this to roast a ten pound prime rib and it worked perfectly. The stainless is fairly heavy gauge, the handles are up to the task, and the rack seems sturdy enough. As I said, you can spend more and get higher quality. But this works well and you can’t argue with the price.

Rarely do I purchase a product without any knowledge/history. But this was a great choice for the price!
