Q: Does this run big or small?

In my opinion, this costume runs small if you're curvy. I'm 5'4", 130, with a 35 chest and big booty and a small was just a *tad* too small. Everything fits great except the chest and right across the largest part of my hips. Nothing major, I'm keeping the size I ordered, but a medium would have been more comfortable

Q: Does this costume come with the multipass and wig?

It comes with the wig, but not the multipass.

Q: What quality is the wig? Is it decent or one of those cheap shiny wigs?

It is pretty cheap. I didn't use it as my hair was orange at the time

Q: Is there a size chart?

I bought one last year it runs pretty small! I'm a medium and the large was just right.
