Yes it is. It's a collection by Jim Shore. Disneyland Paris has the same ones.

What is resin? I want to know if breakable as thinking of buying for my 6 yr old daughter.

Resin is a bit like pot, but not. It makes the ornament durable, much stronger than plastic and most ornaments are made from it now. It's brakeable but not too easily. My lumiere only broke after being knocked off the fire place onto a marble hearth by the cat 4 times. I think as long as it's not treat as a play thing your 6 year old would love it and it would be safe. They are beautiful ornaments.
