Q: Is it suitable for glasstop hob?

I personally would say no, great for bbq and my gas hob.

Q: Can i use on electric hob

You should* be able to use it on any hob. I use it on my induction. Be careful not to crack your glass obviously

after washing put and drying. lightly coat each side wide cooking oil and heat till it smokes. Let it cool at it's own speed. Now it is ready for all those wonderful meals you have ready to cook on it.Enjoy.
