I was introduced to Biofreeze after a cycling accident left with me torn muscle around my rib cage, it was incredible, it really helped to alleviate the considerable pain I was in at the time.Since then I've always had some in the house and it has come in so handy.It's easy to apply and you only need a small amount as it goes a long way. The smell is not too strong but it is noticeable, once it settles in it starts to warm up the affected area even though it feels cold, weird sensation but it does work very well.Just be sure to wash your hands well after you've applied it.

I bought this product after reading the reviews to use on my daughter's ears to numb them in order to get her earrings back in! She had her ears pierced and we religiously followed the advice about turning the studs around and sterilizing her ears for 3 weeks and yet a week after she started using normal earrings she had difficulty getting them back in. The gel did the trick and we got the earrings back in again. Great product.

Great product - I use it to help manage my groin injury and whilst it does the job nicely, I find the problem with all BioFreeze style products is you get a kind of delayed reaction after applying whilst it works its way into your system. Being a gel, it's not really the neatest of things to apply to your skin but nevertheless it definitely provided concentrated and effective pain relief so would recommend and good value for money.

I would really recommend this product for anyone with aches and pains because it works quickly and is easy to use. The tube also lasts a long time so I would consider it good value for money.

may work for you or it may not...leaves a green gel on the affected area which takes awhile to soak in so you cannot put this on then put your best clothes back on top or sit down on your best sofa /car seat etc.To be honest my chiropractor told me the best thing to use to ease the pain of back ache is to put a bag of frozen peas on the affected area.which is what I usually do,But when I put my back out this week a friend was visiting our home & said I should use biofreeze,so on her recommendation I bought this product,ive been using it instead of the peas & I have had NO inprovment,so im back using the peas,which are cheaper to use, then simply refreeze & use again,

Amazing product, my physiotherapist recommended this to me and I haven't looked back since. Cooling to the skin when applied and really helps with the pain. I suffer with really bad back pain degeneration of the spine and this is the best biofreeze gel I've used. Would definitely recommend.

I have bad circulation and a simple walk for my morning paper is very painful from about half way there, I rub some of this cream on my legs every morning before I set off, and it eases the pain! Gud stuff!

Shoulder neck, back pain, it freezes the area of pain ,I found it a lot better than the heat treatmenthelped amazingly well for me & Ive tried most.
