What is the difference between pull down weight, and uses weight, you mention that pull down is 240 lb and uses 118 lbs?

the pull down weight means the weight limit for a static thing that hanging on the bar,and the use weight means people who doing exercise on the bar,it is different.hope it is helpful for you.

Purchased this product and 3 rubber feet are cracked and shattered. How do i get replacements?

Will my 48inxhes side and 72inches long underneath the bar

The bar width：47.2 inches and length 51.2 inches,so if you want to put a mat under the bar it is possible to do,and the width a little tight to put under the bar.hope this can be helpful for you
