The crunchy noodles that Chinese restaurants sell now have no flavor. So I was looking for the old school ones I used to get back in the day, and these are them. They are actually good enough to snack on by themselves and they don't have that weird oily mouth feel that some noodles can have.

These are delicious.

It's more crunchy than crispy, which might suit other folks more than me. At least you don't have to worry about them mashing up from shipping. It has a great taste and makes for a good snack. Three bags hold about 4-6 servings each. I'd do it again.

These Kosher for Passover Chinese noodles arrived fresh. Separated into three sealed bags meant you could keep them fresh. They lasted past Passover so tase, thickness, gluten free, and texture make it a better value.

Very crunchy. I have purchased these noodles for the third time. I always put a handful on my tossed saladNice and crispy.

Item received today. Want to return item. Item has too many packages. I am told that this order cannot be returned. I am dissatisfied.

These are ok but are more hard/firm/dense than what you typically get in a restaurant.
