Great product

The insanity agility ladder is an excellent addition to any home gym set up. Slightly expensive however, other products are too long for what I wanted to use it for.It helps build speed, strength, power and agility with a range of exercise that can be performed with it. It can be used indoors or outdoors and it durable, easy to carry and lightweight. A must for any athlete looking to improve their co-ordination, SAQ and general overall fitness levels.

I love asylum, i needed a flat run ladder and this is exactly the one they use, It wont do the exercises for you but it helps a lot.
