No use to UK cooks, Ingredients not standard fare in UK kitchens, Waste of money. I'm sure it for a different device than my pressure cooker The instructions bear no resemblance to UK stove top pressure cookers. No instructions on getting the pressure up, then cooking time, then letting pressure reduce at room temp, or run it under a tap. Nothing like it at all

Great recipe book for pressure cookers. I would recommend it. My only disappointment was that there is no alphabetical index. You have to look at the categories then go through the whole list to find the recipe needed.

They never seem to put simple food recipes in books, just give you ideas or a base so you could enlarge on cooking quickly, you have to get things in which you probably don’t use, its a good book, ive ended up buying a few books to get the results im looking for

Absolutely adore it , the instructions with it merit a single star and even a phone call to Tower did not give me a full answer which I stumbled on by accident but once worked out it was simplicity itself to operate.

Thanks for the tips on this way of cooking, I have waited too long to do this, so I will put the knowledge I now have to good use
