Good quality, good value for the money
The product came just as expected. The pouch opens easy and comes with a fine powder zipper and really seals well. I have been using this for a month and have no issues with clumping. It is a quality product, easy to use with the small scoop inside. There is very little taste so nothing that would be a problem for those with sensitivity. I also love that the ingredients are only freeze dried Acerola cherries. Freeze dried is the best way to preserve. This product seems pricey but in reality, the small amount needed daily makes it a great value. The vitamin C gives a great boost for daily energy.

So far the best quality I have tried.
I have tried a few different versions, and I must say smell wise this is the best. It actually has some semblance of a dried cherry smell. The color is darker, and it doesn't look to be mixed or messed with too much.If you have any problems with clumping literally just seal the friggin' bag in another plastic bag. You are probably letting too much air in, and the seal on the product bag is not secure enough. Easy peasy. This does not come in a jar but a bag now. And it's very easy to seal in another plastic bag for extra freshness.Have not had any issues so far. Yes, it is expensive, but it also seems like some of the best acerola out there. I'm not going back to spray-dried stuff as I really do not like the color or smell, and almost all of it seems mixed with fillers by companies looking to make a hefty profit.Remember, you don't need to eat an ounce of this every day. A little goes a long way overall.

The best!!!!
I learned most Vitamin C is absorbic acid which is derived from GMO corn. Is there a non-GMO version? I dunno. Anyhow, I went on the hunt for natural Vitamin C and acerola cherry seemed to be the ticket. Tried another brand prior to this one and while it was OK, after more research, this brand I had to try and I’m sure glad I did! Love it! On my second pouch and will continue to buy more. Easy to seal and keep fresh! It’s expensive, but you know the saying…..

Poor quality to price ratio - nothing but clumps in the bag.
Just look at the clumping... The price is too premium for it to be clumping like this. Poor quality to price ratio.

Good customer service
So I had an issue with a food product that normally is not refundable and the seller went above and beyond and refunded the purchase which they did not have to do.I understand these things happen time to time. That was appreciated and more than I had expected. That indicates a good brand and business that cares about the customer.I would recommend as they have a good product and are willing to remedy a problem if one should happen.

Good product, but…
After 10 months of use here are my thoughts…This is a great way to get the full vitamin c complex naturally. The product taste good, a little tart I suppose, but taste great in my morning smoothie or mixed with just water and a few other supplements. As for the clumping that people seem to have a big problem with. Yes, it clumps, but in my experience the clumps are small and can easily be returned to powder for by simply crushing them in the container with the provided scoop. The only complaint I have is that my latest shipment (I have this product on “subscribe and save”) came with nearly 20% less product than previous batches. Went from 220 grams to 180 grams. I get it. Economy. Inflation. Blah blah blah. I am of the opinion that if the size of something on a subscription is going to change so drastically, the consumer should be given a heads up.Another odd thing is that the serving size went from 1gram to 3grams. Which isn’t really a problem, you can simply adjust to your liking, but still rather odd. So now you’ve gone from 220 servings per container to 60.Bottom line, I still like the product and would still recommend it and will likely continue to purchase. Although I did just notice another brand (same guys that make Perfect Collagen) that I like has an acerola cherry powder that I may have to investigate after seeing this semi shady move by Koyah.

Amazing results!
I have PD with crippling fatigue . I learned a long time ago that high doses if C worked miracles but had forgotten that word of knowledge. I started taking this product and within three weeks my normal energy level that had escaped me for two years has returned!!! This is referred as a cherry but it is a different fruit all together but looks like a cherry, so they use that term. So don’t expect cherry flavor. It is sour. The powder will cake up but “who cares” as long as you can scrap your daily dose into the tiny cup that is in the container under the powder. Don’t loose sight if the fact that you are getting 220 servings out if this small container. It may be the best supplement I have added to my daily intake. I put it in hot water in the morning with lemon and chlorophyll as a daily detox. I am so grateful I found this product because it has literally given me my life back!

Easy to use
I add this to a flavor water drink 4 or 5 times a week. It is easy to use and goes a long way. Some people complain about it turning hard after a couple of months. To keep it loose just shake it every time you use it. It comes with a little measure spoon inside and shaking it with the spoon inside breaks it up.
