I needed to have appropriate academic robes and a hood for our school convocation, and couldn't wait 2-3 months for the apparel companies that most schools use. This came very fast and actually looks quite nice. The workmanship and material are good and they look professional and appropriate even up close. The only thing I don't know yet is how well it will hold up to yearly use. For the doctoral program, of Harbor Heritage University, this, Tam and gown, is prime! From the fit, to the coverage, to the weight of it, I am sure that our students were more than happy with it. I will definitely be using this product, until they are no more!

I am very disappointed that I did not receive the 8-sided velvet tam that I was supposed to receive with this order. The description of this item included the tam and the robe. The robe was wonderful quality.

The quality is good and it fit as expected. I am 5’2” so I got a 5’3” because I didn’t want it too short. The only thing I wish it had was a button to hold the hood in place to prevent slipping.

This came before the expected time and the quality is very good fits well it was everything I was expecting and I looked so good at my graduation

Site states 3 pieces in this doctoral gown set: Hood, Tam, Gown. There was NO Hood in the package.Also, when contacted the seller, they stated I could purchase a hood for another $25. What is that all about---false advertising?? Fabric appears to be good and overall quality item. Returning the gown and tam for refund.
