Line does not lock in
Was using line from my old strimmer head. I only tried supplied lines (i had also purchased a tube of this line) last week flew off the head & when i re-inserted could not get it to lock. Product is not as advertised, I also noticed when i read more negative reviews this was a common issue therefore should have been addressed before selling any more

This may be universal but it doesn't suite all strimmers and only just doe's the job.

Awesome
Previous auto spool heads never worked (even when bought ready spoiled). Spent longer dismantling and untangling so moving to this was amazing.Won’t go back to a traditional auto spool head
