Lionel Model Train Accessories, Manual Crossing Gate

My granddaughter is obsessed with "ding-ding gates". She likes to "fix them with my wrench". She plays with this with a wooden, toddler size trainset. The woodset came with it's own "ding-ding gate", but it's not as interesting to her as this realistic looking one. This crossing gate even gets to come to her pretend birthday parties it's so loved. Nicely made, takes a beating and survives. Granddaughter is her daddy's joy as she prefers trains, trucks, cars, and toolsets over traditional little girl toys, so maybe a Lionel trainset is in her future.

I was looking for a gate that was large and well-made and I very satisfied by the size and quality. I used it as a crossing-gate for my grandson's Polar Express Ready-to-Play train set which is very large, so this item was a perfect compliment as far as size is concerned.
